About the Logo
The two ribbons in the background represent the foundation of our message. The first ribbon on the RIGHT side symbolizes the widely recognized Red Ribbon for HIV/AIDS, a global emblem of awareness, remembrance, and solidarity. The second ribbon on the LEFT side reflects the unity of individuals with lived experience of HIV/AIDS and those affected, honoring shared resilience and collective strength.
The ribbon in the foreground embodies the resurgence of this symbol—restoring its prominence and renewing its purpose. It represents a call to bring HIV/AIDS back into everyday conversations through education, advocacy and compassion. This ribbon carries the name of the campaign and stands at the forefront of our mission.
Together, the two background ribbons gently lift and support the third ribbon in the foreground, symbolizing the moments when we, as individuals, need to be held up by community. They also honor the legacy of those who came before us—advocates, caregivers, and individuals that lived with a HIV/AIDS diagnosis whose courage and perseverance laid the groundwork upon which we now stand. This shared foundation reminds us that progress is never achieved alone and that we move forward together, strengthened by those who paved the way.
If you look at the image closely, you’ll notice a heart surrounding the lifted ribbon (formed by the two ribbons on each side)—symbolizing the love that surrounds the red ribbon.
